  3. Triple-Line Dialer

Prospecting

Three lines ringing. One conversation at a time.

The triple-line dialer works your calling list three numbers at once. The first person to answer is connected to your headset, anyone else hears your busy recording and gets a follow-up task, and nothing is dialed twice. Available as an add-on on every plan.

An active calling session: line 1 connected to a contact, line 2 ringing, the conversation panel with mute and end call, and the script beside it.

First answer wins

More conversations per hour, no awkward overlaps.

Up to three numbers ring together. The moment someone answers, the other lines stop and go back to the queue, and your script stays beside the contact while you talk. New lines only start dialing after you save the result of the call you just had.

  • One number per lead, never two lines ringing the same person
  • Anyone who answers while you are talking hears your busy recording and gets a follow-up task
  • Voicemail detection logs the attempt and can leave your recorded message
  • Pause, resume or stop at any time; a dropped headset pauses the session
Step two of the Call Wizard: caller ID, lines at once, ring timeout, voicemail and busy recordings, calling script and the alternate numbers option.

Shared progress

The whole team works the same round.

A list runs in rounds. Every session, single or triple line, draws from the leads not yet attempted in the current round, so two agents never call the same person and progress is shared. Start a new round when everyone has been reached.

  • Session limit and exclusions: called within N days, lead status, previous outcome
  • Eligibility, do-not-call tags and the 8am–9pm recipient window rechecked before every number
  • Call outcome and business result saved separately for every attempt
  • Everything appears in Call history and the calling reports
Calls › List Settings with the selected list, session limit and exclusions, the leads table with calling eligibility, and the Single line and Triple line start actions.

How it works

A triple-line session, step by step.

  1. Choose the list

Pick the audience under Calls → List Settings and set your limit and exclusions.

  2. Set up the session

Caller ID, ring time, voicemail and busy recordings, script.

  3. Start Triple line

Confirm the eligibility review and the calling terms, then put on your headset.

  4. Talk, save, next

Save the outcome and result after each conversation; the dialer continues.

Questions

Good to know.

Is the triple-line dialer included in my plan?

It is an add-on for every plan at $100 per month for the agency. Single-line sessions and single calls are part of the Call Center on Pro and Enterprise, and on Basic once you add a phone number. See Pricing.

What do I need before I start?

Calling enabled for your agency, a verified caller ID, a busy recording (required for more than one line) and a headset. The app lists anything still missing before you can start.

Does it redial numbers automatically?

No. Each lead is dialed once per round on one selected number. The only automatic redial is a single requeue of a line the dialer itself cancelled because another line was answered first.

Are calls recorded?

Outbound calls are not recorded. Results, notes and follow-up tasks are saved to the contact’s timeline and the session summary.
