Transactions

Know what is closing, and what needs a push.

Five pipelines with their own stages: Buyers, Sellers, Tenants, Rental Listings and Referrals. Drag a card to move it, see totals per stage and keep the people, property and team attached to every deal.

The card

Everything on the deal, one click away.

Address, price, commission, projected and actual close dates, the person, the property record, the team members involved, notes, files and signature requests. Move it to Closed and the close date is set for you.

  • Contracts, disclosures and pre-approvals attached to the deal
  • Link a property record for photos, MLS data and price history
  • Show all deals, my deals or one teammate’s deals
  • Totals and counts per stage at the top of each column

Reporting

The funnel and the forecast.

The Deals report shows each stage with totals and average commission, closed versus upcoming deals by month, and a table with time in stage, time to close, price, commission, people and team.

  • Filter by pipeline, team member and lead source
  • Closed stages count toward closed volume; dead stages leave the forecast
  • Agent goals for commission, closed deals and appointments
  • Leaderboard across the team

How it works

Deals, step by step.

  1. A conversation goes well

Save the call result as Interested and create the opportunity, or add a deal from the person.

  2. Drag it forward

    Offer, negotiation, under contract, closed.

  3. Keep the paperwork with it

Files and eSign requests live on the deal.

  4. Read the numbers

    Deals report, goals and leaderboard.

Questions

Good to know.

Can I change the stages?

Each pipeline ships with its own stages, shown under Admin → Deal Pipelines. Closed stages count toward closed volume and dead stages are excluded from forecasts.

Who can delete a deal?

Owners and admins. Everyone can create and edit the deals they can see.

How do deals relate to properties?

A deal can link a property record. The card then shows the listing status and MLS number, and the property page lists its deals.
