Where RLTR comes from

We built RLTR because we needed it ourselves.

RLTR comes from people who sell real estate. The workspace follows the way an agent’s week actually runs, not the way a software demo does.

The week we were trying to fix.

Contacts lived in one app, deals in a spreadsheet, notes in email threads. Follow-ups depended on someone remembering. When a lead called back, nobody was sure who had spoken to them last, or what had been said.

None of that is unusual. It is how most agencies run, because the tools were built for sales teams in general, and a real estate week does not look like a sales week in general. It looks like a calling block in the morning, three showings in the afternoon, a listing appointment at six, and a dozen people who each need a small, specific thing from you before Friday.

So we started with the day, not with a feature list. Who do I need to call today? Which follow-ups are overdue? What is closing in the next thirty days, and who on the team is touching it? RLTR is our answer to those questions, kept in one place.

What we believe

A few rules we hold ourselves to.

One record per contact

Every call, note, email and task belongs to a person, and that person’s history stays with them when they are reassigned. Nothing is typed twice.

Follow-ups have an owner and a time

A follow-up that lives in someone’s head is not a follow-up. In RLTR it is a task with a due time, visible to the whole team.

The team sees the same business

Owners and admins see everything. Agents see what is theirs. Reporting counts the same way for everyone, so conversations about numbers are short.

Real screens, sample data

Every product image on this site is the real app with sample records. We would rather show you the actual screen than a mock-up of one.

Say what is not there yet

Where a capability still needs setup or is not available, the app says so on the screen instead of hiding the button. The Help Center does the same.

Your data is your agency’s

Each agency works in its own isolated space, private mailboxes stay private even from administrators, and you can export your whole workspace at any time.

Made by realtors for realtors

What we are building toward.

A workspace where a lead becomes a deal without leaving the screen: contacts, calling, follow-up, deals and reporting that pick up where the last step left off.

Spread across tools

  • Contacts in one app, deals in a spreadsheet, notes in email
  • Follow-ups that depend on someone remembering
  • No one sure who called last, or what was said

In RLTR

  • One record per contact, with every call, note and email
  • Follow-ups as tasks with an owner and a due time
  • Deals, calling and reporting the whole team can see
