Prospecting

Turn a calling list into conversations and follow-ups.

Choose a calling list, configure a session and work through the queue with your headset. RLTR tracks call outcomes and business results separately, so an answered call is never mistaken for an opportunity.

See how it works
The Call Center with a calling list selected, counts for contacts, eligible now, excluded and not attempted today, and the contact table with attempts and last outcome.

The session

Up to three lines, one conversation.

The power dialer rings up to three numbers at once. The first person to answer is connected to you; anyone else hears your busy recording and is redialed later. Your script stays beside the contact while you talk.

  • Line cards show who is ringing, who is connected and who is next
  • Voicemail recordings drop automatically when a machine answers
  • Notes typed during the call carry into the result form
  • Pause, resume or stop the session at any time
An active calling session: line 1 connected to a contact, line 2 ringing, the conversation panel with mute and end call, and the script beside it.

The wizard

Set up a session in three steps.

Pick the audience, choose your caller ID, lines and ring time, select the voicemail and busy recordings and a script, then review the numbers to dial and anything that was excluded before you start.

  • Audiences: eligible contacts, selected contacts, or not attempted today
  • Verified caller IDs only; callbacks ring your existing phone
  • Try alternate numbers after no answer or voicemail
  • Headset and microphone check before the first dial
Step two of the Call Wizard: caller ID, lines at once, ring timeout, voicemail and busy recordings, calling script and the alternate numbers option.

Results

Outcome and business result, kept apart.

After each call you save what the phone did (conversation, voicemail, no answer, busy, invalid) and what the person decided (interested, callback, appointment, not interested, do not call). Callbacks and appointments create a follow-up task; interested can open a buyer or seller deal.

  • Scripts shared by the agency or private to you
  • Recent calls with outcome, business result and next step
  • Do-not-call suppresses the number for the whole agency
  • Today’s statistics in your agency reporting time zone
The Scripts tab with agency scripts and personal scripts, each with preview, edit and archive actions.

How it works

Call Center, step by step.

  1. Choose or import a list

Any smart list or custom list, or a CSV import with a lead source and recipient time zone.

  2. Configure the session

Audience, caller ID, lines, ring time, recordings and script in the Call Wizard.

  3. Work the queue

Talk, take notes, save the result, and the dialer moves on.

  4. Review

Follow-up tasks, opportunities and call reports are ready when you finish.

Questions

Good to know.

Do I need my own Twilio account?

No. Calling is provided by RLTR once your agency is enabled. Each agent verifies their own business number as caller ID, and that number keeps its existing phone service. Agencies that prefer to pay Twilio directly can connect their own account instead.

What rules are enforced?

Calls are only placed between 8 am and 9 pm in the recipient’s time zone, do-not-call and invalid numbers are suppressed agency-wide, and every agency has a daily allowance of outgoing attempts. Eligibility review is your agency’s attestation; RLTR does not check the National Do Not Call Registry.

Are calls recorded?

Outbound calls are not recorded. Notes and results are saved to the contact’s timeline.
