Team

A follow-up is a task with an owner and a time.

Today, overdue and future. Every task belongs to a contact and to someone on your team, with a type, a priority, a description and a checklist. Appointments sit on the same calendar for everyone.

Tasks

Start from a template, finish with a checklist.

Create a task from a template and the name, type, priority, assignee, due date and checklist are filled in. Reschedule to tomorrow or next week from the row menu. Clear overdue tasks in one confirmation when you need a fresh start.

  • Types: call, email, meeting, showing, paperwork, to-do and your own
  • Priorities from urgent to none
  • My tasks, all tasks or one teammate’s tasks
  • Reminders 15 minutes before due, in the app and by email

Calendar

Day, week and month, for the whole team.

Appointments in blue and open tasks in yellow, for every team member. Click an empty slot to create an appointment with a type, a person and the teammates involved, and record the outcome afterwards.

  • Appointment types from buyer consultation to closing
  • Outcomes: showed, no show, rescheduled, cancelled, signed
  • Schedule sidebar for today and tomorrow
  • Imported events from your other calendar shown in gray

Sync

Two-way with Google Calendar and Outlook.

Subscribe Google or Outlook to your private RLTR feed, and import your Google or Outlook calendar into RLTR. Imports refresh every 15 minutes. No app registration needed.

  • Private feed URL you can revoke
  • Imported events are read-only in RLTR
  • Push sync when a Google or Microsoft mailbox is connected with calendar access
  • Only HTTPS feeds from approved hosts are accepted

How it works

Tasks & Calendar, step by step.

  1. A follow-up is created

From a call result, an action plan, a template or by hand.

  2. It shows up today

On the owner’s task list and on the shared calendar.

  3. It gets done

Tick it off; the completion lands on the contact’s timeline.

  4. Nothing slips

Overdue tasks stay visible until someone deals with them.

Questions

Good to know.

Can I assign tasks to other people?

Yes. Assign to any team member; they can be notified when the task is created.

Does the calendar sync both ways?

Yes, through feeds: your appointments to Google or Outlook via the private feed, and their events into RLTR via an ICS address. Google refreshes subscribed feeds every few hours, Outlook roughly every three.

Do appointments create tasks?

A callback or appointment result in the Call Center creates a follow-up task; the appointment itself is created on the calendar.
