Connected mailboxes

Any mailbox, connected in two steps.

Enter your address and RLTR finds the server settings from your domain, without sending your address or password anywhere. Review the incoming and outgoing servers, enter your app password, test and connect. Both servers are checked before anything is saved.

Works with cPanel hosting and any IMAP/SMTP provider

Sharing

Share a conversation, not your mailbox.

Only you can read your mail, including agency administrators. Link a thread to a contact and that conversation plus future replies become visible to teammates who can access the contact. Sharing grants reading, never the use of your sending credentials.

Is texting included?

Agency texting is not available yet. Text templates and text steps in action plans are ready for when it is, and the app says so wherever a text would be sent.

What are the sending limits?

Attachments up to 10 files, 5 MiB each and 20 MiB combined. If the server does not confirm delivery, RLTR reports the send as unconfirmed rather than resending on its own.

Which folders sync?

Inbox, Sent, Drafts and Trash. Archive, permanent deletion and custom folders are not supported yet.
