Prospecting

Every lead lands in the same place.

Share a web form link, connect your website or forward portal leads. Each submission becomes a contact with a source and a stage, is routed to an agent by your rule, and can start an action plan automatically.

Web forms

A link anyone can fill in.

Create a form, choose which fields to show and which are required, add custom questions, and share the link or embed it. Useful when another company sends you leads: give them a form instead of a user account.

  • Form types: lead, buyer, seller, agent, vendor, website
  • Fields for name, contact details, address, budget and timeframe
  • Custom questions: short answer, multiple choice, yes or no
  • Close a form or issue a new link at any time

Website and portals

One key, three endpoints.

Lead Ingestion gives you an API key and endpoints for any website form, Zillow and Realtor.com. Paste the portal endpoint into its lead-forwarding setting, send a test lead and watch it appear.

  • Accepts common field names such as name, email, phone and message
  • Agent of record in the payload wins over the routing rule
  • De-duplicated by email or phone; repeat inquiries log on the timeline
  • Regenerate the key whenever you need to

Routing

Decide who gets the lead.

Round robin between agents, wait for an owner or admin to assign, or always to the owner. Each form can follow the agency rule or go to a specific member, and set tags, a source and a starting stage.

  • Assignee is notified in the app
  • Unassigned leads visible only to owners and admins until assigned
  • Action plans can start for new leads from chosen sources
  • Every submission recorded as an inquiry with the message and answers

How it works

Lead Capture, step by step.

  1. Create a form or copy an endpoint

Admin → Web Forms or Admin → Lead Ingestion.

  2. Share it

A private link, an embed snippet or a portal setting.

  3. A lead arrives

    De-duplicated, sourced, staged and routed.

  4. Follow-up starts

The assignee is notified and an action plan can begin.

Questions

Good to know.

Is the phone number required on web forms?

Yes. Phone is always visible and required, so every submission can be called back. Everything else is your choice.

What does a visitor see after submitting?

Your thank-you text. The form footer tells them their details go only to your agency and are used to get back to them.

How is abuse prevented?

Public form submissions are rate-limited and carry a honeypot field. Endpoints require your API key.
